Genuinely free. We're a service unit of Fingroup — Singapore's one-stop consultancy for healthcare professionals — and the concierge service is part of how we serve the wider community. No subscription, no service fee, no referral commissions taken from specialists.
What we do not do

How fast will you reply?
Within 1 business day, almost always within a few hours during operating times. WhatsApp is the fastest channel — message any time, even outside hours, and we'll respond first thing.
What's the difference between you and a hospital concierge?
Hospital concierges work for the hospital. We work for you. Our role is to help you think through the decision before you commit to a hospital, a specialist, or a treatment path — not to push you toward any particular one.
Can you guarantee my hospital costs will be covered?
No one honest can. What we can do is help you understand what your existing coverage typically pays for, what it usually doesn't, and what to clarify with your insurer before a hospital stay. Decision clarity is what we offer — not guarantees.
Do you handle aging parents?
